- 7 Routine: I will complete my morning and evening routine to take care of my body. I did this every day, hooray!
- 7 Sleep: I will sleep 11pm-6am 6 days a week, Mondays I will sleep in. Hooray, I did this too. There was only one day I was up late
- 7 Exercise: I will do a different exercise 6 days a week. Sunday I will rest. The schedule may look something like Mondays and Wednesdays: hockey or body pump Tuesdays:hot yoga Thursdays: WII and hockey game Fridays: skiing or swimming Saturdays:yoga Bingo! Monday yoga, Tuesday hot yoga, Wednesday body pump, Thursday hockey, Friday skiing , rollerskating, Saturday walking, Sunday WII
- 6 Food: I will strive for a balance of 75% elimination diet foods and 25% foods my tongue likes ie: sweets, breads, pastas, cereals, butter, cheese, meats I did the calculations a little different this week, I added up total calories. I consumed 10417 total calories and 3365 of those were from foods that don't seem to work very well for my body. That puts me about 32% of calories were from processed foods, which is what they tend to be. Mostly Anna's Ginger Things and Mint Meltaways. I had pasta twice this week and it really packs a punch which is why I am over on my percentages. I don't feel too bad because I only eat whole wheat pasta but my body still gets uncomfortable from it.
- 7 Journaling: I will write every day either in my blog or my private journal. I will track what I eat. Every day!
- 4 Intimacy: I will be spend time every day being my authentic self with my family and friends. I haven't reworked this yet but I know I did a good job being authentic with my friends, my husband and although I struggled with the kids this week them too.
- 5 Spiritual practice: I will complete my Art of Living home practice every day. I will go to Thursday and Sunday weekly group Kriya. I will do my meditation practice twice a day, morning and evening. I will attend church or some other spiritual place every Sunday. This one was a little harder for me this week, I didn't make all of my mediation times for 20 minutes. There were more than a few times I had to cut it down to only ten minutes.
- 3 Silence: I will spend Sundays 6am-6pm in silence so that I might hear the messages being sent. It's a start. I did 20 minutes in the morning and between 4 and 7 in the evening. I told my whole family what i was planning on doing and fielded some interesting responses. My dad's first response was "then why bother coming to lunch!" He rethought his answer after I pointed out that we could still hug and sit in each other's presence. I realized how hard silence is when there are schedules to coordinate and people that want answers. I don't think I will ignore a pointed question but next week I am going to wear a sticker that says "today I am observing silence, I love to hug!"
- 7 Responsibility: I will complete all tasks that I take on in a timely manner. I will continue to lead our church camp into success. I will spend 2 hours a day looking for a job or working on my business. I will spend time focused on my children in ways that work for them. I did great on this, went to a job fair. Applied for 4 more jobs, asked everyone I ran into if they had any job leads. Also have 7 people attending my workshop tomorrow night and handed out business pamphlets at our church wellness fair. Got a lot of camp business done and managed to spend good time with the kiddos. Still would like to work on them more.
- 5 Self Esteem: I will continue my study of "Feeling Good". I will engage in daily positive self talk. I will create new affirmations for myself to use during this 60 day period. I will listen to Abraham cd's or uplifting music while driving. Did two days in my book, used my affirmations although I haven't written them up yet, got the cd's put in the car and listened to them this weekend.
58/70 83% Yeah for a great second week. I am looking forward to how great I feel during the next week and the new lessons I learn
