  • Lenten goal: stop talking about my issues with food and blaming sugar as the reason for my feelings, mood, behavior. *****
Hooray, it was a great week!!! I did good. I am feeling good, well I am sick physically but feeling good spiritually. Really excited about my new job and totally focused on making sure I continue on with my goals. I am thankful that i have had all this time to focus when life is easy and slow. It is going to make it easier now that the pace has picked up to make sure I am taking care of myself and doing what works.
